Long ago and far away during the reign of ANSWERBAG an Answerbag big shot (a personal friend in my real life) told me to stop taking the site seriously. He said "it's just an internet social site. It isn't life. You can't get hurt by words or bad behavior or rudeness or someone who lies."
Know what? He is correct.
How often do you get your pants in knot when you are chatting with names on a screen whom you have never met and never will meet? Why?
