Senator Kamala Harris has worked in politics for years. First in California in various jobs and then nationally as a California State Senator. Also President Barack Obama and his wife Michelle will be there every step of the way to help.
They need not depend on the person who lost to help in any way. Under the circumstances that is a blessing.
All the intelligence agencies involved have worked with the President-Elect in prior years and are familiar with his work ethic and MO. They are already transitioning him and his veep about intelligence concerns.
There is nothing needed from anyone else. Good thing. Nothing helpful will be given.
