Some say we should not place blame. We should just repair. That is illogical. If you don't know where whom or why won't it keep happening?

Blaming is the same as placing the accountablility responsibility where it belongs. If you know and don't say that is being deceitful. If you don't know then you can't fix it. Only superficially but the underlying cause continues on.

 Feigned ignorance or reticence or being polite doesn't solve..it paints over or exacerbates. It is worthless.
