Allegedly white house staff have been ordered to not seek new employment "at this time".. What happens if they do? Will they get fired?

Appearances matter. How would it look if all those employed sought jobs and left the sinking ship before the on e who lost the election officially was escorted away?

The lie being floated is that he will still be president for 4 more years and everyone had better sing that same song LOUDER and LOUDER or else.

So like good little lapdogs they obey? Hey hey hey. Who knew the person who lost the election and doesn't like pets had a kennel in the white house for all his lapdogs? Go figger!

Unless their under employment contracts, I don't see how Trump can order them not to look for other employment or quit their jobs.

I guess folks are terrified of him. They don't want the appearance of rats fleeing a sinking ship. I dunno. I'd have gotten out long ago. Well I wouldn't have been there at all ever with that person there. Thank you for your reply L! :)

There wouldn't have been enough money for me to work for that piece of garbage.  A job in his administration would not be a plus on a resume unless I was there from a prior administration and had little to do with Trump.

There were vast areas of government that were NON-PARTISAN. No longer. The person who lost the election was focused on getting loyalty to him in all things. I guess he could not comprehend being apolitical and needed to know everyone there was pro him. Such a fragile ego. So needy. I just cannot imagine being like that. Never enough. Always needs/wants/demand more more more. That in  itself is a mental defect in my opinion. But it will be over. There is an end in sight. Of course whatever happens in the meantime is currently unknown. Thank you for your reply L! :)

I have to imagine that would apply to the top execs in each department.  I seriously doubt the peons who do their dirty work are either known to him or to most of the department heads.

Would you put that on your resume? How do they account for the 4 years? Good luck! Thank you for your reply L! :)

The guys at the top don't have to worry about that.  Most of them are wealthy people who were doing just find before they were in the administration.  The peons mostly go from one administration to another.
