if you like to bake, what are some good baking things to just have around?

besides obvious like flour, sugar, baking powder/soda

    Sifter (I'm an old fashioned baker)

    Large plastic glass (better than a rolling pin and not as bulky) 

    Glass taco sauce bottle (hate having to go through the trash trying to find something to cool a tube pan on)

    Paper muffin cups (makes cleanup easier)

    Parchment paper

    Wax paper

    Pastry brush
