I believe..I would bet...that those 2.5 million people who cast those votes are people of color not white.
The duck/GOP love whites. Bright whites. Colorless. They get nervous around others outside that spectrum. Very nervous. Allegedly they also targeted DETROIT which is mostly black.
So they are bifurcated.
