Ever hear of a "busybox"? Toys for toddlers with buttons and levers to push. Occupies them. Ever encounter a "busybox" mind/brain?

The busybox toy for toddlers makes a lot of noise and occupies attention but there is no purpose to them. Just to entertain a developing mind.

But when you encounter busybox minds in adults that's a different thing altogether. Yes they do make noises all the time. And they do occupy the time of those with the patience to engage with them. But there really is no purpose or point or goal.

We hear folks say they do things to "kill time". Maybe they mean to "fill time". Well engaging with a busybox mind does fill time but to what end?

I wonder how many busybox minds there are in the world and if they even know that's what they have?
