The Electoral College voted Monday, December 14, 2020 and California put Joe Biden over the top. He is the legal WINNER and the next president of the United States! Done deal. January 6 is just a formal exercise.

"An alternate slate of electors are working hard to undo the results. As we speak today an alternate slate of electors in the contested states are going to vote and we're going to send those results up to Congress".
What Congress is expected to do with those "alternate electors" remains to be seen.
