Allegedly he apparently "misappropriated taxpayer funds" by helping MANIPULATE COVID 19 aid program to steal $35 MILLION DOLLARS for two texas billionaire brothers...Dan and Farris Wilks...PROFAX HOLDING COMPANY LLC. Because they contributed to his campaign and like all good two-faced phony fake lying SOB republicans he wanted to show his gratitude. So he did. He got the gubment to adjust the requirements for the aid and it did as he bid. He cheated and lied and STOLE that money from those who needed it to give it to BILLIONAIRES.
