Especially the dumbest. Can you not notice that incompetence and ignorance and especially stupidity is the hallmark at every level of operation of government?
Lower the bar to belowground. No one will notice. That way no one will feel rejected or neglected. Bring all aboard Let them stand at the helm. Let them guide the ship through the danger zones. What could it hurt? Don't want to hurt their feelings. Give 'em a chance. Let's see what they can do.
