Had anyone else done what the duckhead done done instigating promulgating directing a RIOT he would have been arrested. Why was duck not?

One doesn't arrest a god.  

This man has been treated like a god for 4 years now.  he was allowed to do and say whatever he wished with no repercussions.   5 years ago he was satan, but once he assumed the throne, he became the lord and savior of america.  We mortals must suffer the consequences of our actions, but god can do no wrong.  he has divine immunity.
