Why should a "president" who commits TREASON, is a TRAITOR and foments insurrection to overthrow the government retain any power at all?

Don't you think that is a glaring omission in the Constitution? Immedately upon learning what he is and has done he should be AUTOMATICALLY stripped of all power and put in prison. If not shot at sunrise by a firing squad or hung at the gallows as some Muggers have suggested be done with him.

So he is getting away with all of it.  WHY WHY WHY WHY WHY WHY WHY?
