Someone who accidentally harms another is NOT a murderer.
All people are allowed to defend themselves and their family if someone is killed...that is NOT murder.
A person who is also a soldier...is NOT a murderer.
A person who is a law enforcement, or other security offical is NOT a murderer.
Killing an animal for food is NOT murder.
Would you be mad if you husband stabbed or hit with a bat someone who was harming your or your family and the person died?
