"Let bygones be bygones". Okay. Sounds good to me. Can only one let a bygone be a bygone if "the other" refuses to let?

Some folks dislike being weaponized 24/7 and are happy to put away the weapons.

Others can't. Without a battle or an enemy they have no reason to go on. Odd that but it seems to be so.

So what do YOU do when you want to bygone and "the other" refuses to do so?
