Why did the FOOTOO legal team leave? He insisted they argue he won the election and it was STOLEN from him. The new team?

They won't do that. They plan to argue that since he is no longer president he cannot be impeached after the fact.

Why anyone wants anything to do with this crackpot liar I do not know. Do you?

FOOTOO is obsessed with THE BIG LIE.

He was told there was NO WIDESPREAD ELECTION FRAUD when he lost. A small fringe group of crackpots stoked his need to believe he won and it is they who own him now.

    Again, the House's article of impeachment claims that President Trump's refusal to concede the election and claims of fraud were allegedly part of the inciting of the insurrection. 

    The lawyers were refusing to address that part of the accusation. Wanting to only consentrate on the Constitutionality of the impeachment of a former President. Which is a valid point but seems more like trying to get off on a technicality rather than claiming ones innocence.

    I would have fired them also.
