Didja know what FOOTOO done done with the leftover contributions to his campaign from his adoring worshippers? Can ya GUESS?

All of it was transferred to his personal bank accounts.

Now maybe that is perfectly legal. I do not know. I do know there are laws that govern it but any more with billybarr and FOOTOO doing their HOODOO VOODOO maybe what FOOTOO does is legal.
