More attacks on the 2nd Amendment. Surprised it took this long?

Biden admin claims Trump supporters are terrorists. 
Then Rubio introduces bill suspending 2nd Amendment rights if have ever been INVESTIGATED (not arrested, not convicted) for terrorism.

    I had not seen the details. I still do not completely agree with it. But at least there is some process to it.

    I don't believe "10 years" will pass scrutiny when this gets to the Supremes, which it will if it is made law.   Being investigated is really vague and broad, both of which the court hates.
