Is it always the TELLER that is the determiner?
Some folks are just boring. They can't help it. They go into execruciating deatil about irrelevant things that you will never need to know while ignoring the vastly more important thing or things. T'is a puzzlement for me personally as a listener/reader. For you too or are you always interested in new information no matter how boring and dull the "informer" is?
I know what you're thinking. "Sometimes listeners and boring and dull as well".
