Kids of horrible parents are much like adult children of alcoholics. They will do anything to survive and please the offender(s), for the express reason of making their own lives manageable. Especially if they are spoiled and treated "well" it is almost impossible to get them to see the light of day.
They cannot even see their behaviors as anything but normal, as they defend and hide all the bad parent's flaws and try to maintain that their lives are all not only normal but actually thriving and happy, just like their friend's and neighbor's lives.
I have a nephew that knows his dad is a horrid drunk, but will continually defend this drunken behavior and his own acceptance and defense of daddy, by saying that he, the son, is really in charge and the father is dependent on him to be "the boss". ( Like that makes ANY sense. Like that justifies this horrible life he and daddy have, and like any one would take that as something to admire.)
TWISTED people.
Trump's kids are no different except they have an entire audience of envious morons who think they have it made and are very well adjusted with all their money and power. They are victims of brainwashing down to the core, with lots of presents and perks to enforce their denial of the truth.
