Now I don't know much about the law. From what I see on TV during shows like Perry Mason or Matlock any communication whatsoever between jurors and defense lawyers or prosecuters is illegal.
Yet here we are in American Politics with a very unusual anomaly.
The trial will be held at the scene of the crime
The jurors are also the victims of the attempted coup having experienced the terror of being target for death
Three of them meet with the defense team the night before. Innocent? Friendly chatter or are they getting their instructions as to what to ask what to say?
