Every group politics for "having a seat at the table". No one politics for OTHERS to have a seat..only their own ilk. WHY IS THAT?

Who gives up his/her "seat at the table" for someone else these days? Everyone feels victimized. Everyone wants to be heard. Everyone thinks his/her course is more better more special more evident more worthy more deserving
