On the one hand the owners/landlords have bills to pay too. So if you cut off their ability to receive funds what they do? Get loans?
On the other hand you've lost your job and still have your family to feed and clothe and house. What are you supposed to do if you can't afford to pay rent which is probably the biggest expense renter's have.
I don't know. If I'm the owner and the government steps in to cut off my stream of revenue what recourse do I have?
If I'm the head of the family and lost my job what recourse do I have but live on the streets or in the car or stay in a shelter if a space is available to go to family and hope someone will take us it?
