I expect pols worldwide have all mastered the art of gibberish, blather, babble, chatter. That's how they get elected and stay. Why?

Because the folks who elect them understand it. They do not grasp get understand substantive intelligent conversation.

The pols give them what they expect.

Everyone is happy.
