Every single one involved in or had knowledge of the falsifying plus Cuomo are guilty. What is the punishment for having done such a thing?

    Depends if the form they filled out to give the information to the CDC says something to the effect of "I swear that the information provided is true and accurate to the best of my knowledge under penalty of perjury."
