They NEED rules regulations BOUNDARIES. Open ended is clearly terrifying. So they create partisan political parties to conscribe them limit them define them. Many "THOU SHALL" and even more "THOU SHALL NOT".
Can't stand to have to figure out anything within themselves without a book of rules or guidelines or TALKING POINTS. Have to be told what is "legal" and what is not. Then go about illegaling to the hilt. Weird. Have to be told what they can and cannot do and follow through. FREEDOM is what they rail about and rant about and yet they fear it so much they couldn't live that way.
