I have noticed that sometimes/often targets of unreasonable HATE hate others unreasonably. Rather than sympathy they pass hate forward?

They who have experienced pass it forward to do what exactly? It is illogical unreasonable and not remotely sensible. Instead of confronting those who have targeted they target others? Peculiar don't you think?
