I read further about that. Apparently that was early aluminum pans. When they are anodized nothing bad happens. When that occurred I don't know. I prefer stainless steel and the ceramic coated cookware. Different strokes. May you wave for many decades Durdle. Thank you for your reply. I do believe professional chefs are not fans of aluminum. But perhaps some have their own lines out. I don't know. I mean we prefer different cars different homes different clothes different entertainment. Why not different cookware?
