Some evidence will be brought in for the defense regarding a 2019 arrest of George Floyd.
In other words the victim who was murdered will be put on trial posthumously. A standard tactic for defense lawyers. Put the murder victim on trial. Tar and feather him. Make him the perpetrator and the murderer the victim.
Will it work again? Will another murderer walk? Will another victim be vilified?
Why not? What could it hurt? Everyone says so.
