As of 2004 there were 185,994 precincts in America. There are probably more now. Will we have enough poll watchers to go aorund?

That was the last year I could find for such specific data. Though more than one precinct might use the same polling place there is generally a one-to-one relationship between precinct and polling place. Of course each  polling place will require poll watchers, poll monitors, poll police. Do we have enough patriots who are willing to spend all day at one place or scurry around to multiple locations to ride herd and be a vigilant vigilante for the election process?
