Why "forgive" those who think they did nothing wrong? What is the point to it?

    If they only "think" they did nothing wrong, then presumably they did do it - even if genuinely not realising it.

    It's a fairly common excuse to say "I don't think I was doing anything wrong", when it's pretty clear the action was wrong.

    Obviously if you "forgive" someone who genuinely has done no wrong, then you are falsely accusing them.

    aye there's the rub. We have no universal standard for good/bad or right/wrong. How many problems would disappear if we did? Thanks Durdle.
