Scots are stereotyped as being very frugal, thrifty, stingy, cheap. FOOTOO's mom came from SCOTLAND. Is that why he stiffs people?

He is a well-known deadbeat cheapskate and maybe now we know why. It's in his DNA.

I don't know if that has anything to do with anything.

I'm sure there are many Scots who are very generous and pay their bills and never stiff anyone.

But stereotypes usually have their genesis in fact. Whether the facts change over time I do not know.
