Depends entirely on the jury. 12 must agree to release or convict. If 1 opts out and thinks its fuzzy murky does little derry chauvinist get another trial or does he go free because 12 people could not bring themselves to convict him of the murder of a black man?

The number of cops testifying for the murder victim and against the murderer is frankly shocking. If they cannot back up their own ilk and tell us he was NOT JUSTIFIED in what he did how evil must the jury be to override the EXPERTS and free him?
