If GOD in fact creates all of us how can we fault homo saps for any defects made at the time of conception?

The car brakes fail and cause death. Is it the fault of the CAR or of the manufacturer whose QC wasn't sufficient?

Built-in defects over which the product has no control is the fault of "the other". Why not blame the source not the result?
