The color of wheat doesn't change its nature. BLEACHED WHITE, UNBLEACHED, STONE GROUND, WHOLE WHEAT. WHEAT Flour is flour isn't it?

No matter the color it's all flour. Do you have a problem with that??

    I get your point ... but the nature of those flours are different.

    So it would be more accurate to say: though the final product of the flour differs, they may all come from the same source.

    That's all I want Walt. That you got my point. I know your "Devil's Advocate" nature needs to give me a but and I'm fine with it. Thank you for your reply m'dear! :) At least you didn't drag in coconut flour and almond flour and cashew flour et al. Did you see my today question about the number of flours? 200 have been classified and 100 are currently being produced. WHEAT FLOUR. I know. It's complicated.
