AS the Ship of State is sinking I don't know if Ronald Reagan or George W. Bush would have stayed with it as it went down. But FOOTOO?

He would have been the first to abandon ship and knowing him as I do he would have cut adrift all lifeboats so no one else could survive.

Why?

He's just that kinda guy.
