How grand it is to be so wrong. A year ago California Governor Newsom predicted a $54 BILLION budget deficit due to COVID. Guess WHAT?

California has a $75-$76 BILLION SURPLUS some of which will be returned to Californias as addition Covid payouts. Those earning under $75K/year and filed tax returns are eligible.

As I said it is so very grand to so very wrong.

That's a swing of $129-$130 BILLION buckaroos!
