"We don't know exactly where all these tunnels are... but we estimate we've destroyed about 100 kilometres of them," the military official said.
On Friday, a Hamas official, Mosheer al-Masry, played down any heavy losses.
"We say today that thousands of Qassam (military wing of Hamas) activists are now walking through the tunnels," he told reporters."

The E.U. and now also the United States, send what they call "humanitarian aid" (your tax money) to the Palestinian Arabs. Aid paid to the "Palestinian Authority" (another name for "Fatah") spends money on their "Palestinian Authority Martyrs Fund" which pays a reward-pension to the family of terrorists who murder Israeli Jewish civilians including children. "Fatah" aka "Palestinian Authority, the", also sends part of your aid money to "Hamas" who then spend your money on attack tunnels and in building up a stockpile of rockets, to fire off at Israeli cities whenever the fancy takes them, while ignoring the welfare of their own people.
