  • I know it sounds weird but they work really well. 
    Then there's the courgette cake. Guess what, it's just like a carrot cake but has courgettes instead if carrots. I know!

    Carrot cake number one.

    So I guess I can also say zucchini bread which is like banana bread with zucchini.   Very moist and sweet and yummy

    Lucia, courgette sounds so much more gourmet.  I never heard of courgette bread, but I like it better.
