Some people exhibit few interests. They seem focused on one or two thus limiting the exercise of their minds/imagination. Sad isn't it?

Why? Perhaps they FEAR going beyond and investigating what there is to be found.

Perhaps they are incurious and content with whom they are and what they are

Perhaps they don't have the intellectual wherewithall to go beyond the now

I wonder though. How does limiting the size of one's interests benefit anyone?
