Of course it is. The word of an Israeli spokeshead is sacrosanct. They never lie or spin or propagandize at all. Look at Netanyahu. What an admirable honorable just fair kind caring leader he is. Honest to a fault.

    Hamas has a long history of using civilians as human shields to protect their military assets.  (a war by the way)

    Israel gives warning to the occupants of any building before they strike it.  Giving civilians opportunity to get to safety.
