When you REFUSE to participate in something how often do you take credit for it happening without you?

So we pass the COVID 19 relief bill WITHOUT ANY REPUBLICANS and guess what happens next?

They go back home to constituents who LOVE it and brag about it!

NOT ONE REPUBLICAN VOTED FOR IT.

But all of them are taking victory laps.
