The goal of republicans is to WIN. How doesn't matter but their heart's desire would be that NO VOTES ARE CAST for DEMS. HOW?

Two possibilities

Prevent all DEMS from casting votes

Let them vote to their heart's content and then destroy their ballots.


Either way they get what they want.
