    It didn't say other than that the baby was in their care. Not the parents. Maybe steps or watching a neighbor's kid? I don't know. Prison for life for starters. After that well I've read that prison has its own honor system and those who harm children? I would not want to be one of them. Thank you for your reply E. I'm sure we'd be devastated to know the name of every child ever treated with cruelty and what they endured. I know I couldn't take it. How do they? :(

    The child should be removed from their home, which I imagine has happened, and they should be in prison for a long time.

    Indeed.  I don't know if that sweet baby will have any lasting damage. I'm pretty sure ingesting cocaine doesn't do any body any good in any way at any age. Thank you for your reply L! :)
