Do other countries have what we the "exceptional" people in the US have? A despot dictator (for 4 years...we booted him). And?

An Electoral College that totally ignores the popular vote
Redistricting wherein a party (say the reds) hack and slay and reconstruct template to suit their interests
Restricting voting to those they know will vote for them and make invalid all other votes of all other volters
