The ORIGINAL MANUFACTURER of Homo Saps neglected to set up a QA/QC department. Why d'ya suppose HE didn't?

That would have automatically removed all DEFECTIVES from ever being released to market.

But it didn't happen and we are stuck forever with the dregs and scum and defective ones. Why can't it be rectified for future improvement?
