Israel is a Republic. The President of Israel is the Head of State.

HOWEVER

The PRIME MINISTER HOLDS THE EXECUTIVE POWER


What's the point of having two "heads"? America is a Republic. We have a President. No Prime Minister.

So what kind of Republic is Israel that it has two heads?
