How do I find a way to quantify how many things there are to talk about? Topics/subjects/issues. I tried to start with patents issued. Dumb?

Of course it's dumb. There are bazillions of things to talk about for which patents are never issued. Love for instance.

Or treachery.

Or bravery

So including everything ever invented worldwide for which there are patents and everything else worldwide which are not subject to patent issuance..

Would it be trillions of things to talk about?

If we know how many billions of galaxies there are why can't we figure out how many topics there are to talk about?

Why does it matter? It doesn't matter at all. I'm just curious about it. That's all.
