Because to be a dictator despot/despot dictator you are required to be less than mediocre intellectually. Morally and spiritually and ethically you are scum. Immoral heathen devil-worshipper and unethical is mandatory for every despot dictator.
They are all alike. Like scum they rise to the top and just take the power. The weird odd sad thing? Those who adoringly worship them. One day perhaps I will understand why that is.
Every despot dictator is vile vermin. No exceptions. Less than mediocre intellect they are terrified of people who can actually think so they target them for extinction.
