I am lacking context from what Bill Maher actually said so I will have to form a guess here. Since Hillary has remained the wife of one of the worlds greatest abusers of women...I would suggest that since her husband manipulated women to satisfy his urges of his "sock" that such a man is also easily manipulated by others who are willing to throw massive gobs of money at him to seek favor for what gains they seek. Quid Pro Quo.
I think Maher included Bill in that. She has Donald Trump, Rudy Giuliani, Newt Gingrich all attacking her. She also has the albatross of Bill Clinton's past. All of them have had their day in the sun and their 15 minutes of fame vis a vis their unsavory encounters with women. I never get to see his show. He is on HBO and we don't subscribe to it. I saw that quote on Google News yesterday and I thought it was really so spot on! Thank you for your reply Cruiser! :)
