The party of NO tells us in advance it has no desire to cooperate conciliate concentrate compromise with anything Joe wants to accomplish. I might add the Amercan people want to accomplish it too. All of them except for the party of belongers to NO. They know they'd better NO or else. So they NO too. Is everybody happy?
